Working Hip/Shoulder Separation
Working hip Hip/Shoulder separation could be very harmful to certain players!
Hip shoulder strategy is determined by the location of the spine that generates the most mobility.
If you have a low mobile point (L5), hip/shoulder separation drills will cause injuries for the individual! Because individuals with a low mobile point, their hips and shoulders will work naturally in ‘TANDEM’!
Athletes with a high mobile point (TH8), can work on hip/shoulder separation because their hips and shoulders will work dissociated from each other.
