Technology is an aid & NOT the goal!

As beautiful as objectifiable numbers, spreadsheets and graphs may seem, they allow the subjective element to slip through your fingers. 

Because WE CAN’T compare data or software samples of different individuals to get to a so-called ‘standard matrix’, the only data we can compare is the player’s own personal data! 

So don’t look at humans as MECHANICAL THINGS –  YOU CAN’T PREDICT WHAT HUMAN BEING WILL DO AND HOW HE WILL DO IT!
