Pitching

High Frequency & Low Frenquentie vision Athletes

In both Hitting and pitching it is crucial to know what your player’s motorcycle signature is!

For example, it’s important to know, what the difference is between High Frequency & Low-Frequency vision Athletes.

Athletes with High-Frequency Vision are most of the time fine motor skill players

Visual and motor need to adapt and act:

* Integrates perceptions from sharp to global

* Start looking sharply at the ball to activate fine motor skills with that perception and then be able to adjust total body movement (gross motor skills)

Athletes with Low-Frequency Vision are mainly fine-motor skill players

Visual and motor need to adapt and act:

* Integrates perceptions from global to sharp

* Starts by entering into a rhythmic relationship with the ball on the basis of the global gaze with the body (gross motor oak) to use the fine motor skills from there!

How might this affect our training/instruction for both hitters and pitchers?
