Aiming Shoulder

This is probably going to cause some controversy in today’s world of Pitching Instruction:

But what happens when the individual motor preference of a certain RHP tells him, that his aiming shoulder is also his right shoulder?

It will be much easier to throw accurately when his throwing (right) shoulder is aiming instead of the usual non-throwing (left) shoulder, so he actually NEEDS to pull off/open his front (left) shoulder to get better command and be a much healthier pitcher.

What about his left shoulder (front side) if you ask yourself? It will be used as part of his kinetic chain to transfer momentum, but absolutely not to aim
